HUSBAND/WIFE TEAM COMPETED IN THE LIVE ACTION GAME SHOW CANDY CRUSH ON CBS HOSTED BY MARIO LOPEZ.
PREMIERED JULY 9
Nashville, TN (May 19, 2017) - Brynn Marie and Josh “Handsome Hitman” Himes are both successful in their own rights but together they are a force to be reckoned with. The husband/ wife team joined forces in early 2017 to create FIGHT 2 FIGHT (F2F), a movement where music and boxing collide to empower and encourage “everyday fighters.” Since launching the movement in January, they have impacted thousands of people and will continue to grow the movement as they compete in the live action game show Candy Crush this summer. The show, created and executed produced by Matt Kuntz of Wipeout and Fear Factor, features teams of two using their wits and physical agility to compete on enormous interactive game boards that feature next-generation technology, as they conquer Candy Crush and are crowned champions. The game show will be produced by Lionsgate, where Kunitz is under an overall deal,
and Candy Crush creator King. CBS Television Distribution will distribute the series domestically, while Lionsgate will handle international. Candy Crush will be produced by Pulse Creative, Lionsgate Television, King and CBS Television Studios. Kunitz, Lionsgate interactive ventures and games president Peter Levin, King licensing agent of Striker Entertainment Russell Binder, King vp brand Nicki Sheard and King chief creative officer/co-founder and Candy Crush Saga creator Sebastian Knutsson will executive produce.
“Competing on Candy Crush was such an exhilarating and challenging experience,” says Josh. “And even more amazing that we got to wear our Team Himes shirts.”
“We’re so grateful to CBS for giving us the opportunity to connect with millions of new ‘fighters’ and spread the word of F2F,” adds Brynn Marie.
